Q. What do I do if I don’t know my event passcode?
A. Contact your event organiser for this information.
Q. What do I do if I want to place an order for both the Drinks Reception and Dinner for my event?
A. When placing a drinks order for your event, which consists of two functions i.e. a Drinks Reception and a Dinner, at step 1 you should select ‘Drinks Reception’ and follow the ordering process accordingly.
To place orders for your Dinner, repeat the ordering process but at step 1 select ‘Dinner’ and follow the ordering process accordingly.
If you are ordering for both a Drinks Reception and a Dinner, you will need to make two separate payments, i.e. you will need to input card details twice.
Q. Can I save my order and return to it at a later stage?
A. No, once you start the ordering process you must fully complete your order including payment.
Q. What do I do if I realise my order details are incorrect on the Order Summary page?
A. To amend your order, select the ‘View Shopping Cart’ option at the top of the screen. To amend your account details, click on your account name at the top of the screen.
Q. Are the prices you quote on the website inclusive of VAT?
A. No, all prices quoted for Banqueting Beverages are exclusive of VAT (at the standard rate).
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. Contact ICC Catering on +44 (0)121 767 3457 or email firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to help you stating your order reference number and contact details. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our full cancellation policy and any charges that may apply.
Q. What do I do if there is a specific drink I would like to order, which is not listed?
A. Contact Vox Catering on +44 (0)121 767 3457 or email email@example.com stating your order reference number and contact details and they will be happy to help you.
Q. Why don’t you ask for my table number when placing an order?
A. Table numbers can vary and the final plan is not agreed until the night of the event. We will match your order to your table via your name and information supplied to us by your event organiser.
Q. If I am ordering for multiple tables how will you distribute my order?
A. If there is no logical split of your order we will contact your ‘Primary Contact’ to confirm these details.
Q. Can I open an account rather than paying by credit or debit card?
A. Yes, you can open an account (subject to approval), but you will not be able to place online orders. To enquire about opening and account, please contact Vox Catering on +44 (0)121 767 3457 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. When creating an account does my password need to contain letters and numbers and does it need to contain a certain number of characters?
A. Your password must be a minimum of 5 characters and can contain either numbers or letters. It is not case sensitive.
Q. Which credit or debit cards can I use to place online orders?
A. We accept cards that display the following payment services:
- MasterCard Credit
- MasterCard Debit
- Visa Credit
- Visa Debit
- Visa Electron
Currently we do not accept American Express or Diners for online orders.
